Welcome to Basingstoke Bridge Club |
Basingstoke Bridge club was founded in 1966 by Harold Foster and is the largest bridge club in Hampshire with a thriving membership of over 250. We are located in our own premises at Maydene, Sherborne Rd, Basingstoke, RG21 5TG (at the corner of Richmond Rd) and have just had an extension added to increase comfort for our members.
We have members of all ages and abilities. We play duplicate bridge to cover all abilities with a mixture of face to face at the club and online using RealBridge. In addition we have an ongoing teaching programme to suit all abilities. We also run regular 'social events' including Bridge and Chips held in local pubs or at golf courses, and an annual bridge weekend or holiday in the UK or abroad.
The club has all the facilities you would expect from a thriving club including parking, easy access to the building, facilities for the disabled and kitchen and refreshments.
Visitors are always welcome but please let us know if you wish to attend. (See how to contact us.)
