Bridge Connection players dominated the Lansing Regional.  Jonathan Fleischmann, playing with Mike Curley, won the Monday open pairs, was third overall on Tuesday, on the winning team in Wednesday's Swiss Teams, second in the Thursday open pairs and fourth in the Friday Swiss.   He was also the top masterpoint winner (65.67).  Not to be outdone, Samir Zeine playing with his friend from Buffalo, was second on Monday and Tuesday, second on Wednesday (joined with Lynne Cook and Rose Burke) and third on Friday (with Brenda Bryant and Mike McDonald).  Carolyn Simmer and Peter Bolgar were third overall in the Thursday open pairs.

We are pleased to report that the Bridge Connection raised a total of $20,642 this year.  Thank you to all of our players who supported this very worthy cause.  We were told we will be the 2nd highest Longest Day fund raising group in Michigan.
