The Hunter GNOT Regional Final held on 3 August was an enjoyable day. 24 teams from 9 Hunter Region Clubs

competed for the chance to be one of 3 teams to advance to the next level of this competition.

Lake Macquarie Bridge Club was represented by Michelle and Peter, Caroline and Di. To those advancing to the next  level - well done!

A  luncheon was enjoyed by members  & some partners today courtesy of Lake Macquarie Bridge Club. Food was lovely (thank you Club Macquarie), lots of laughter and merriment was had in the lovely Mountain View room. 

Clever Jo and Kay planned and decorated the tables - thanks girls. You did such a good job you get to do it again !!!

Today we held our first Yvonne Grant Trophy pairs. Di Noon spoke fondly and eloquently about Yvonne,

Trevor and Di Tait conducted the big draw for partners whilst members waited with baited breath.

It was a lovely tribute and game, accompanied by Chocolates, Cake and Slice!

We think Yvonne would have been delighted.

Our Club is full of special people! None more so than Norah and Barbara who celebrated milestone birthdays recently.

..definitely a reason for fun and celebration... Congratulations to you both.
