From now on, all persons playing on a Friday afternoon will need a partner.  If you are without one, look on the club's WhatsApp site to see if anyone is available - or ask someone you know.  If you're not registered on this site, ask Stephen Bennett to put you on, or ask Keith to pass the information on (i.e. your mobile number). You can also use this to announce your own availability for any given session.

We have tried to accommodate singles up until now, but this has become unworkable.  We MAY occasionally have an experienced player available to come to play at short notice in the event of a single coming along - but we can't always guarantee this.

The final session ran in April and results are uploaded to the Handicapped Teams menu on the left.

Well done to those in Martin Aherne's team, winning the session with 45 IMPS after the handicap was taken into account.

Aherne's Team won with 143 total IMPs

Togneri's Team second with 81 total IMPs

Goode's Team Third with 44 total IMPs

After 30 years at our King Street premises, a happy band of bridge players celebrated with an evening of bridge with a celebration cake and some fizz.
