Covid 19 Mitigation Measures at Club Sessions |
The club has introduced 'practicable' mitigation measures to reduce the risk of COVID 19 transmission within the club house environment however it is clearly not possible to play F2F bridge sessions and eliminate the risk from COVID 19 entirely.
Every member and guest attending the club sessions does so at their own risk.
Covid Measures
The Committee has agreed on the following measures to mitigate the risk to our members:
- The wearing of Face Coverings at the club will be determined according to the Governement Guidance/Legislation pertaining at the time.
- Social distancing must be observed whenever possible
- A Risk assessment Coronavirus 19 SCBC has been posted on the Club’s website
- You will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival and regularly during the playing sessions
- You must pay on arrival either by voucher or with the correct money (£3) No change will be available
- Only one person or one household to use the lift at a time - no sharing
- Hand sanitiser wipes will be available at each table
- Bidding Boxes will be on tables for use in the normal way however players may bring and use their own bidding box if they so wish
- The membership have requested that only fully vaccinated members and visitors should attend
- Do not come if you or anyone in your household has any Covid-19 symptoms, or has recently been in contact with anyone who has Covid or has been abroad and should be self-isolating
- Do not come if you have any cold or flu symptoms or are not completely well
- Your contact details will be available to us through the bridgemates and membership database. Visitors should complete the Visitors book and provide a telephone contact number
- Please follow the instructions on the notices posted around the Club
