Café Bridge comes to Swindon Old Town

@ three Swindon, Old Town venues ... "Jack's", "Los Gatos" and "The Kings Arms" ... fee will include luncheon/meal at one of the 3 Cafés/restaurants/pubs.
The event is open to all ... in aid of The Prospect Hospice ... an element of Charity giving will be included in the event fee of £36 per person, which includes the lunch/meal and refreshments. Once you have registered here, as a pair, please pay your fee to:

The club plays Duplicate bridge normally ... on Mondays (on-line: BBO) 7pm ... and on Thursday evenings (in-person) 7 for a 7.15pm start. We are affiliated to the English Bridge Union (EBU) via the Wiltshire Contract Bridge Association (WCBA).
The venue is at Lawn community Centre at the junction of Windsor Road and Guildford Avenue (SN3 1JL) ... Windsor road runs between Marlborough Road and Queens Drive, there is a small roundabout and shops at the junction with Guildford Avenue. There is reasonable parking at the rear of the community centre.
The club currently plays OnLine (via BBO) from 7-9.30pm on Monday (in conjunction with Clare BC (Suffolk) and In-Person/Face to Face 7pm for 7.15pm-10pm on Thursday; the premises being open from 6.45pm. The club requests that players arrive no later than 10 minutes before start times to allow the host to arrange seating and for the scorer to set up the movement.
Duplimated Hands are normally played on Thursday evenings.
Visitors are always welcome?
We also support a training programme, with improvers on a Tuesday evening at 7pm and beginners on Monday at 7pm ... both at Lawn Community Centre.
