Welcome to the website of the Braunton Bridge Club.

This friendly club is affiliated to the EBU and meets for duplicate bridge on Wednesday evenings at The Christchurch Hall next to The Aggi in Braunton, North Devon.

Visitors are very welcome.  Play starts at 7:00pm so please be seated by 6:55pm. The table money of £5.00 for visitors includes refreshments.  

We do not operate a host system so please contact Jacqui Munns on 07734 219859 in the first instance if a partner is needed.  

As a courtesy to others, please do not attend if you have active symptoms of a respiratory illness.

The Committee of the Braunton Bridge Club has convened a Special General Meeting (SGM) to take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 6.45pm at Christ Church.

The SGM Agenda is as follows 

1. The Committee proposes that the members accept an updated version of the Braunton Bridge Club Constitution. This document is available to view HERE.
2. The Committee proposes that the table money for guests and visitors will be £6 per player, with immediate effect.
3. The Committee proposes that the table money for Youth members will be £1 per player, with immediate effect.
4. The Committee proposes that honorary members of Braunton Bridge Club will pay a reduced yearly subscription of £5 per year, with immediate effect.

The AGM of the Braunton Bridge Club was held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 and was followed by the May Handicap Pairs.

Many thanks to those who attended. It was agreed at the AGM that table money would rise to £4 per person with immediate effect.

The Christmas Party will take place at the Saunton Sands Golf Club on Saturday 13th December, 2025.
