| SBU Bobby Allan Sim Pairs Tournament - Tuesday 25 March |
The Easter Pairs/Bobby Allan Sim Pairs run by the SBU will be held on Tuesday evening 25 March. To qualify to play, players must be members of the SBU, so the tournament is open to club members and members of other clubs that are affiliated with the SBU.

| 2025/26 Membership fees due from 1 April |
 The club membership fees are due from 1 April 2025. It was agreed at the recent Tennis & Bridge Club AGM that the fees would stay the same. The club membership fee will be £25 plus the SBU membership fee. This is currently £12 but may increase for the new season.

| Cancellation of online RealBridge in 2025 |
Due to a lack of players, online Realbridge will be cancelled on Monday evenings for the foreseeable future. Online RealBridge may still be used for club days and evenings when the weather is deemed too bad for travel.
In such circumstances, to play, go to Dunfermline Bridge Club website, select Membership from main menu down the left hand side and then RealBridge. This will take you to a list of dates. Click on the date of the event and that will take you to the site.

 The Dunfermline Bridge Club AGM and prize giving was held on Thursday 31 August. The picture shows those who attended the meeting and who were awarded prizes.

| Bridge charity event - Sunday afternoon 6 April |
A bridge charity event will be held on Sunday afternoon 6 April. The cost of a ticket is £12 and food will be provided. The food will be served at 12.15 and bridge will start at 1pm. There will be four prizes of £10 for the top two pairs. A raffle will also be held. Tickets are available to buy at the club or through contact with Jane Roberston or Margaret Innes.

| Special occasions |
 Do you know a club member who will be celebrating his or her 80th or 90th birthday soon? Although we are not able to meet at the club at the moment the committee would like to celebration the occasion with the member. If you know someone, or it might even be you, please let Jane Robertson know the details.

| SBU MEMPAD |
The club's Master Points are now uploaded directly to the MEMPAD. There are some paper Master Points in the cupboard for some players. You should now submit your paper Master Points, after checking that there are no more in the cupboard, to the address on the MEMPAD webpage. You can find this by going to the SBU website and clicking on MEMPAD in the top right hand corner. See the details below if you haven't already accessed MEMPAD.
You will need to register to be able to access your personal details. The MEMPAD system can be accessed at www.mempad.co.uk or at www.scottishbridge.co.uk You can request a login to MEMPAD by clicking on the Contact SBU button and it will generate an email to the Master Point Secretary. Complete the details required and ask for a login.
