Because of the proximity to Christmas and the New Year ther will be no bridge on Monday 23 Dec, Tuesday 24 Dec, Monday 30 Dec and Tuesday 31 Dec.

This decision was taken after consulting members on Monday and Tuesday of this week.

For those who suffer withdrawal symptoms, as a result of this fallow period, remember that there is a Realbridge session on Thursday 2 Jan.

There will be two parties this year and they will run on much the same lines as last year. In both cases food and drink will be provided from Club funds.

Don't forget to bring your favourite glass for your drink.

Party 1 will be on Monday evening, 9 December. Booking for this event is now closed.

Party 2 will be on Tuesday afternoon, 28 January
Book a place for yourself and your partner, together with drinks requests.
N.B. Regular Tuesday players have priority for the Tuesday event
The plan is to have 12 tables at each event as last year.
Each event will start with food/drink at the normal start times to be followed by around 12 boards of bridge
 

The Wendy Laing Plate is awarded to the most improved pair of the year. This year's winners are Maxine & Bob.

Realbridge Sessions

Lisvane Realbridge sessions are open to all bridge players. You do not have to  be a Lisvane member in order to play - players from any club can take part. There is now one regular Realbridge session per week - Thu at 19.00. Realbridge is very inexpensive to run so the cost is only £1 per person per session. Players who are not Lisvane members are asked to pay £5 to play for the 2024-25 year (Apr 1 - Mar 31). See main menu for Payments arrangements.
