This Web Site is used for the purpose of uploading the results of the Supervised Play Sessions held at Oake Village Hall on the first, third and - when they happen - fifth Friday mornings of each month, commencing at 10 a.m.   These Supervised Play Sessions are for those who already play Bridge and, ideally, have taken a formal course of lessons, and who are seeking to gain experience and confidence before joining a Club.  If interested, please contact Tony Morgan  - mrgntony@yahoo.com

With effect from 5 January 2023, this Web Site is also being used for the results of Trull Bridge Group sessions.

30 April 2026 -Trull Bridge Group

Top today were Alex & Tony, on 68.75%, with Allan & George second on 58.75%.  Congratulation to both pairs.    Next session: 7 May.  To give plenty of advance notice - there will be no sessions on 11 and 18 June (unless someone else would like to volunteer to run them?) as I will be on holiday

17 April 2026 - Oake SPG

Congratulations to Elizabeth & Jennifer, winners today N/S by quite some margin, also to Liz & Peter who were top E/W.   Honourable mention for Ken & Marion, who also beat 60% in second place E/W.  The fixed Board was Board 1, on which the test was to see if N/S would bid to 5C.   No one played in 5C, as it turned out, but I know that at one table that was only because E/W found a good sacrifice in 5D.   Next session: 1 May.   Please note that there will be no session on 15 May as I'm away, so the next session after 1 May will be 29 May
