We have a large collection of tutorial DVD's at the Bridge Club.

These are available for anyone to borrow, you just need to sign them out.

They cover many different aspects of the game and are very understandable.

West Bridgford Bridge Club

We play at

Edwalton Golf Centre, Lytham Drive, NG12 4AS

West Bridgford Bridge Club meets on Monday evenings at 7 pm.New members are welcome.

If you would like to play but do not have a partner, contact us  and we will do all we can to get you a game.

The table fee is currently £2.50 for members and £3.50 for guests. Full membership is £10.00 for a year.

The club is affiliated to the EBU and the Nottinghamshire Contract Bridge Association. 

 

Competitions and Events - Trophies and Prizes will be awarded!

 

  1. A summer pairs competition - Elsie Guy Trophy.  Handicapped Pairs June - September  Winners:  Ian Dovey & Shirley Ashtari

  2. An Cross IMPs competition Cross IMPs Cup 8th July 2024.  Winners: Paul Wicks & Dan Zimsek

  3. Most improved player - Harvey Rose Bowl- from 1st October 24 until 31st March 25 measured on the EBU NGS %ages;  

  4. Children in Need SIMS event will be on 11th November  2024       

  5. An individual competition to be held- Ivy Brooks Trophy- 25th November 2024  Winner: Paul Goodwin

  6. A Handicap Pairs Trophy to be played- Pairs Trophy- 10th February 2025.  Winners:  Ian Dovey & Shirley Ashtari

  7. A pairs competition-Ward Trophy- held once a month between October 2024 and April 2025,
