a) The committee has nominated the following members for re-election, and with no other nominations being received, their re-election can be voted for en-bloc

b) Chris Bickerdike is resigning as EBU Shareholder. Geoff Smith, who lives predominantly in Kent and is interested in the politics of the EBU, is willing to take on the role.
