Dorset is looking for volunteers to join the Bridge Committee. With Jacqueline Darts retiring at this year’s AGM at the end of April the Committee needs additional members to join and contribute towards the following tasks:

• Assisting with tournament organization and scheduling
• Coordinating county activities and member engagement
• Providing input on committee decisions
• Contributing ideas and helping promote bridge throughout Dorset

The AGM of the Dorset Contract Bridge Association and the Udall Trophy will be held on Sun 27th April at the Hamworthy Club at 2:15pm. This will be during the break of the Udall Trophy which starts at 11am.

The Udall Trophy is a Swiss Pairs Blue Pointed event.

Swiss Pairs need an even number of entries so we need a spare pair in case, either there is an odd number of entries, or a pair fail to turn up on the day.   The spare pair must turn up at the venue on the day, 27^th April.  If they play, they do not pay, but it maybe they have to return home without playing. If you can act as a spare pair - please contact Jacqueline.
